This course is "Fitness and Conditioning" (KNES 171). Observing this course is best for those who are interested in Physical Education master's programs and licensure programs.

At this event, you will meet with a representative at the Welcome Center who will walk you to your course and introduce you to the faculty. Limit of 1 course visit per prospective student. Because of restrictions, this event cannot be done online.

Course Description:
The main components of health-related fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition are integrated into the fitness sessions, topic presentations, and health/fitness assessments. Emphasis is placed on improving overall wellness through exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
