Counselor Appointments

Meet one-on-one with an admission counselor to learn about your program of interest and the application process. If you are unable to locate a time for your specific program of interest, please reach out to the admission counselor directly (contact emails are below).

Appointments are available in-person, by phone, or by Zoom during the weekday. All in-person appointments will take place in the LAS/CSH Graduate Admission office on the Lincoln Park campus at 2400 N Sheffield Ave. Note that all appointments are listed in Central Time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make international calls, thus international appointments can be managed through Zoom.

If you do not see your program of interest below, please double check that you are requesting an appointment with the correct college. This calendar is for programs in the College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences (including the School of Public Service) and the College of Science and Health (including the School of Nursing). PSYCHOLOGY INQUIRIES: If you are interested in a graduate psychology program please read the website, review the faculty page and select a faculty member to contact directly instead of making an appointment with a graduate admission counselor. Prospective grad psychology students need to reach out to program faculty directly with any interest.

PHILOSOPHY INQUIRIES: If you are interested in the graduate Philosophy program, please reach out to the program director Dr. Kevin Thompson instead of making an appointment with a graduate admission counselor.
