This seminar is designed to discuss the differences between workplace cultures that drive excellence and engagement and those that fuel dysfunction, conflict and incivility. You will examine the evidence regarding the importance of respect and transparency in leadership and the extent to which you can promote positive interactions between employees, even in the face of competitive pressure and lean resources. You will develop practical strategies that can help strengthen a positive work culture in your own business units.
