Seminar Overview: You want your peers and managers to immediately understand your ideas and, ideally, to agree to them. Yet communication often goes wrong when conversations or arguments are ineffective and/or delivered in the wrong way. Learn how to avoid these pitfalls and how to improve your communications so they are memorable and more likely to persuade others to agree with you.
