    Professor Erich Dierdorff will present the factors that drive the effectiveness of individual- and team-level learning, as well as determining the most effective practices for work analysis, work design, work performance, and leadership effectiveness. During this current environment, effective teamwork is essential for organizations to continue to thrive and, through this seminar, best practices in teamwork will be discussed.

    Dr. Erich Dierdorff is a management professor, consultant and nationally published researcher/commentator. Outside of the university, Dr. Dierdorff has worked with dozens of organizations in areas of human capital consulting within the private and public sectors. His work has focused on a variety of issues, including strategic workforce development, selection system design, and training effectiveness leadership development.

    Before the seminar, DePaul University will provide an overview of its current program offerings from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
