CDW: Managing Your Career: Building Your Internal Network

This session is designed to help you learn how to manage your own career and increase your engagement at work. It will address successful strategies for career development, including building an internal network and brand, understanding competencies and strengths, and mentoring.

William "Marty" Martin, PsyD, is a professor of management with DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Author of the new book “Conquer Needle Phobia,” he teaches courses in topics ranging from health sector management to entrepreneurship. His scholarly work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post and the USA Today.

Before the webinar, DePaul University will provide a brief overview of the degree programs available to CDW coworkers, including corporate partner cohorts.
