Many professionals who are introvert-leaning have felt left out of the typical workplace structure including access to promotions, networking for advancement, and key assignments. There is a growing movement to understand the power of introversion and how leaders can succeed while embracing their unique leadership style. Being an introvert is not just about shyness or being quiet. Introverts bring several strengths to the work team including being analytical, great listeners, and compassionate. This seminar will provide insights and practical tips to help introverts navigate the workplace by using the skills associated with introverts to succeed. Additionally, we will discuss how managers and people leaders can create a culture that supports and collaborates with introverts where everyone can thrive.
