William "Marty" Martin, PsyD, is a professor of management with DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. His research focuses on business ethics, healthcare management, disruptive behavior, and, more recently, entrepreneurship. Author of the new book “Conquer Needle Phobia,” he teaches courses in topics ranging from health sector management to entrepreneurship. His scholarly work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post and the USA Today.
