    This session is designed to help you think more deeply about how best to learn and grow throughout your career. Substantial evidence suggests, for instance, that some experiences and skill sets are far more likely than others to contribute to your long-term career development and success. In this session, you will explore the critical factors associated with the development of successful careers to help promote informed choices regarding which types of activities to pursue and which to ignore.

    Robert Rubin is a professor of management and associate dean of DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is an award-winning teacher and scholar specializing in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management.

Associate Dean Robert Rubin and the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business admissions office will walk you through the newly enhanced MBA curriculum, taught by thought-leaders, experienced practitioners and consultants in the world-class city of Chicago. You may choose one of 15 concentrations or create your own. The program takes two years (eight academic quarters) and may be completed entirely online.
