This seminar will discuss how to harness your stress for productivity. Simply put, in the right conditions, with the right boundaries, feeling stress can create a sense of energy, focus, and drive. Professor Grace Lemmon from DePaul University will present research-based strategies on how to navigate stress while finding your stress ‘sweet-spot.’

Grace Lemmon, PhD researches employee and employer promises and workplace engagement. She is particularly interested in the intersection between work-life balance and employee engagement. She has published her work in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, and Organizational Dynamics.
