    Reframing Stress: How to Make Stress Work for You While Working Remotely’

    Find a ‘stress sweet-spot’ – striking the balance between demands on your resources and recovery.

    This online seminar will discuss how to harness your stress for productivity. Simply put, in the right conditions, with the right boundaries, feeling stress can create a sense of energy, focus, and drive. Professor Grace Lemmon will present insights on how to manage stress through a neutralization process, which draws from recent research on mindfulness and introspection.

    Grace Lemmon, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Her research areas include the intersection between work-life balance and employee engagement.Her awards and grants include the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for best work-family research and the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation Dissertation Grant.
