    This session will examine the core values, proven practices and key leadership styles that create a positive customer experience for both employees and consumers.  Participants will engage in an interactive conversation that outlines key research on customer focus followed by practical examples of how the theory can work in practice. 

    Key takeaways will include a discussion of the 5 key principles of great customer experience as well as the critical steps required to implement a plan for your own team and organization.

    Before the seminar, DePaul University will present an information session about the upcoming MBA cohort program at Walgreens. Classes for the program are scheduled to begin in September 2020.
