Are you familiar with the old saying: “Change is the Only Constant”? In life, all things change, and many people are resistant to change. You might try various forms of control, ignoring warning signs, and waiting anxiously for the inevitable upset. The feeling of change prowling around the borders of your life can make you feel powerless and anxious. Fear comes calling. You can easily start fantasizing about change instead of actually doing change; wishes quickly become substitutes for action. It’s a common pattern, but it holds you back, freezing the expression of your talents and aspirations.
Join Corinne Lally Benedetto, PhD, to learn ways to reverse that fear-based frozenness, a necessary set of skills and habits if you don’t want to become ‘victims of circumstance.’ Instead, why not become an active participant in the changes shaping your own life experience? Why not learn to direct your own growth?
This one-hour session provides a safe, welcoming environment for participants to explore important, personal targets for change and growth such as work-life balance, retirement planning, or pursuing a long-delayed skill or experience. During the webinar, you'll work to identify a personalized small-scope change target and start building a set of action steps to achieve it. Dr. Benedetto teaches us that working mindfully with small-scope change targets invites success. Done correctly, it virtually never fails.WHO SHOULD ATTEND This webinar is appropriate for:
