Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 12:00 PM until 1:00 PMCentral Daylight Time UTC -05:00

Have you ever experienced a situation at work that could have resulted in a better outcome if handled with compassion? Often times the data-driven world of business doesn’t leave room for vulnerability and authenticity. In today’s society, an effective leader is someone who is able to lean on their value system to develop relationships both inside and outside their organization. A values-based leader learns to leverage the core values of their organization as well as their own personal values to build stronger bonds, connect with purpose and drive performance. This type of leadership provides the foundation for employees, managers and the company as a whole to lean in and reflect on their values in every decision they make. Join us for an insightful discussion with Dorri McWhorter to contemplate the meaning of “values-based leadership” and bring heart into the workplace.
