    Gender in Business and Leadership

Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 12:00 PM until 1:00 PMCentral Daylight Time UTC -05:00

How do gender issues impact today's workplace? How can business leaders create a climate in which gender differences enhance rather than challenge individual performance and teamwork?

These are just two of the important questions included in this webinar addressing key gender-related issues that impact society, and in particular, the workplace. Employment and advancement opportunity, leadership and organizational style preferences, and work/family balance concerns are among the topics which will be considered in this session. Leaders who are sensitive to the ways gender-related issues impact the workforce are better able to shape constructive dialogue among coworkers. This sensitivity can serve as the foundation for a healthy and diverse community of employees and managers. Join us for a conversation with business leader and educator Bridgette Mahan to consider the goal of gender equality and what that really means in the workplace today.
