Graduate Admissions Counselor Appointment [Phone, Zoom, or In-Person]

If you do not see your graduate program of interest in the drop-down menu, please double check that you are requesting an appointment with the correct college.  This form is for programs in the College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences (including the School of Public Service) and the College of Science and Health (including the School of Nursing).  You can find the other college appointment information on this page.

PSYCHOLOGY INQUIRIES: If you are interested in a graduate psychology program please read the website, review the faculty page and select a faculty member to contact directly instead of making an appointment with a graduate admission counselor.  Prospective grad psychology students need to reach out to program faculty directly with any interest.

PHILOSOPHY INQUIRIES: If you are interested in the graduate Philosophy program, please reach out to the program director Dr. Kevin Thompson instead of making an appointment with a graduate admission counselor.

MENP INQUIRIES: We recommend that you attend an information session before scheduling an appointment with an admission counselor for the Master's Entry to Nursing Practice (MENP) program.  You can find the upcoming MENP information sessions and register for one here.
