Diversity and Inclusivity: The Benefits and Challenges

Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 12:00 PM until 1:00 PMCentral Standard Time UTC -06:00

Recent events have made it clear that practicing diversity and inclusion (D&I) must be a priority for everyone. However, you may feel uncomfortable talking about diversity and/or hesitate to be inclusive of others who are different from you. In this webinar, you will be encouraged to reflect and identify the challenges you encounter when wanting to exercise D&I. Understanding your own difficulties in implementing D&I is key to being able to foster and maintain an inclusive workplace and life. Join us as we explore this topic from a standpoint of “calling in” rather than “calling out.”
