    Robert Mack, PMP® is the Director of Academic Outreach for the PMI Chicagoland Chapter. He has an extensive career in project management currently working as the senior manager for a large PMO. 

    Traci Ragas, PMP®, DASSM, serves as a senior project manager on the data services team with a health care focused nonprofit based in Chicago. She has been working in the project management field for over a decade. Traci currently volunteers as the director of professional association outreach with the PMI Chicagoland Chapter.
