    Join DePaul for a Lunch Seminar on Reframing Stress: How to Make Stress Work for You

    This seminar will discuss how to harness your stress for productivity.  Simply put, in the right conditions, with the right boundaries, feeling stress can create a sense of energy, focus, and drive. 

    You will learn to how to:
    • Manage stress through a neutralization process, which draws from recent research on mindfulness and introspection. 
    • Find a stress sweet-spot:  that is striking the balance between demands on your internal resources (time, attention) and recovery.  
    This seminar will be led by Professor Grace Lemmon, a highly sought after professor in DePaul’s MBA program. In addition to teaching, she researches employee and employer promises and workplace engagement.

    Before the lunch seminar, DePaul University will also provide information about its MBA program. Lunch will be provided.
