Join us for a Lunch Seminar on Leading a Positive Workplace Culture and
Learn about the DePaul MBA Starting at JLL in January

This seminar is designed to discuss the differences between workplace cultures that drive excellence and engagement and those that fuel dysfunction, conflict, and incivility.

You will have the opportunity to:

    • Examine the evidence regarding the importance of respect and transparency in leadership and the extent to which professionals can promote positive interactions between employees, even in the face of competitive pressure and lean resources.
    • Develop practical strategies that can help strengthen a positive work culture in your own business units.

Professor Jaclyn Jensen teaches in the MBA program.  Her research interests include employee mistreatment, counterproductive work behavior, and the effects of stress and organizational justice on employee attitudes and behaviors.  Her work has been published in multiple journals.

Before the lunch seminar, DePaul University will host an information session about its MBA program scheduled to start at JLL in January 2018. DePaul will discuss the admissions process, and answer individual questions about the program.

    Lunch will be provided.
