This interactive seminar is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of influencing without authority.  You will learn which tactics are most effective in gaining commitment from others. Using a new set of influence tools, you will see that many of the most commonly used forms of influence tactics are also the very tactics creating resistance and distrust.
