Join DePaul University for a Lunch Seminar on Leading a Positive Workplace Culture

This seminar is designed to discuss the differences between workplace cultures that drive excellence and engagement and those that fuel dysfunction, conflict, and incivility. You will have the opportunity to examine the evidence regarding the importance of respect and transparency in leadership and the extent to which professionals can promote positive interactions between employees, even in the face of competitive pressure and lean resources.

Professor Jaclyn Jensen teaches in the MBA program at DePaul University. Her research interests include employee mistreatment, counterproductive work behavior, and the effects of stress and organizational justice on employee attitudes and behaviors.

Before the lunch seminar, DePaul University will provide information about its MBA and other graduate degree programs.
