Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate ProgramSix Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach to eliminating defects in any process—from manufacturing to transactional—and in products and services. The measurement-based Six Sigma methodology focuses on process improvement and variation reduction by applying a set of statistical, analytical and problem solving tools and techniques. The Six Sigma program is designed for professionals who want to develop the ability to lead process-improvement initiatives. Participants in our Green Belt program have held these titles:
You will acquire the abilities and skills to implement Six Sigma effectively and economically, learn how to play a key role in a Six Sigma transformation initiative, and become highly visible to top management as a leader in this area.

The textbooks are not included in the tuition fee. All other class materials are covered and will be distributed in class. What are the requirements for Six Sigma Green Belt certification? In order to receive a certificate you must successfully complete the continuous improvement project assigned by your instructor. Does this program qualify for financial assistance through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)? In order to find out if you qualify for financial assistance, you must first contact Workforce Development. As a certified program under the ILLINOIS workNet initiative, this program has been approved for workforce training grants for those who are eligible. Funding may be available for those receiving unemployment benefits. Please contact Workforce Development for more information. My company would like to offer this program to our employees.
